2 BANANA SLICED

1 SCOOP OF WHEY PROTEIN

2 CUPS OF LOW-FAT MILK OR ALMOND MILK

1 TABLESPOON OF VANILLA ICE CREAM

1 TABLESPOON OF STRAWBERRY JAM

Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate, consume between 3-5 days

Optional can also be served with ice cubes
