Ingredients 

-2 BANANAS SLICED

-1 SCOOP OF WHEY PROTEIN

-2 CUPS OF LOW-FAT MILK OR ALMOND MILK

-1 TABLESPOON OF VANILLA ICE CREAM

-1 TABLESPOON OF STRAWBERRY JAM

-Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate, consume within 3-5 days

-Optional can also be served with ice cubes

This protein smoothie keeps me going after my morning session, at the gym or at home. We all know the benefits of protein to the body, it helps us build and repair muscles. I would like you to gives it a try at home, you will definitely like this post-workout smoothie.
